Torii Hunter is trying to singlehandedly lead the Los Angeles

into the hole at shortstop to prevent a hit. A bad-hop grounder
eluded his glove, however, sending the Florida Marlins to their
12th consecutive one-run loss.
The Florida Marlins' new 80-year-old manager still has the

Vernon Wells didn't let a hitting slump keep him from making a
